Using Chili Garlic Oils from different sources in our cooking for years now we realized that often the taste is a bit flat and the chili is usually lumpy. We wanted something more crunchy with a kind of "Island Signature Taste" if you know what I mean.
With "Island Fire" we created that oil now.
Yes, we use a mix of Small Chili
and Chili Demonyo (Naga Viper) from our garden in it
along with garlic from the area.
Now also cheaper in the big "cucumber jar" with 500 ml for re-sellers and sharing in big groups (229 Php per jar)
